My Confused Soul

That inexplicable aura,
shatters an individual's confidence,
That ambiguity,
creates a sense of confusion,

Expressing the deepest of inner feelings,
with my soul exposed for the world to see,
There is nothing left to hide,
as I am left most vulnerable,

To be abiding to your wishes,
to have that constant obssession,
That desire to constantly see you,
a feeling of deprivation runs deep,

Yet as the heart is leading,
the mind is cautious,
The need to proceed with care,
for the fear of hurt and rejection,

Relationships remains in the shade of grey,
the code to decipher is a mystery forever,
Subjective as it sounds,
the reality that rapidly sinks in,

This cannot continue forever,
the need to get it off the chest,
To keep it suppressed,
remains a chore,

Life comes in a full circle,
and stabs you in the back,
the eventual sense of delirium,
will crash down in ruins,
